**Trainers**:Our trainer has 15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity research, Valuations, Financial modelling, M&A consulting, Startup Funding, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), Due Diligence, Business Planning, Strategic Business Consulting & Investor Pitch deck preparation.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- TAKE 'ON CALL'/'WALK IN ENQUIRIES' ENQUIRIES AND TRY TO EXPLAIN OUR PRODUCTS
- CONVINCE ENQUIRIEES TO TAKE ADMISSIONS
- GET AGREEMENT SIGN WITH EVERY STUDENT
- Fee follows ups
- FILL IN ALL RELATED INFORMATION AND COLLECT DOCUMENTS
- Digital Marketing (posting on social media linkedin, twitter, fb, insta) like selection, other events (classroom)
- Organizing training activities in a classroom & Manage batches
- Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials including interaction with vendors
- Client interaction AND negotiation
- Send training details to clients, students,
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings.
- Craft career plans
- Keep track of every student on their learning, performance measurement, market readiness, any further training need identification
- LMS access
- Videos & content uploading on LMS
- Get reviews on social media of every student
- Connect Students on social media
- Get reviews from students on google, social media (LinkedIn, fb, Instagram, twitter)
- Encourage them to share their models, reports, other learnings on social media while tag FINXL & FACTSHEET on the same
- Enquiry Follow ups, sending mails, WhatsApp, brochures, placement details, approx. placed student’s package
- Sharing Content to Students
- Send mails to student with their performance & growth charts, Absentees etc

**Qualifications and Skills required**:
Graduation and Post Graduation (HR, Marketing, IB, Finance, Operations)

0-3 Years of experience

Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi) and Management skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills

**Working days**:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

**Weekly off**: Thursday

**Package for Final Placement**: 2.50 - 4.00/- Lacs P.A.

**Incentive**:1000/- per Enrolment.
