**Key Responsbilities**:

- Understand the potential of the mentionedsegment of cars in the region.
- Prepare a strategy basis the market insights available.
- Plan and develop short
- and long-term goals for MENTIONED BRANDS
- Prepare strategies for brand building and high recall among customers for MENTIONED BRANDS
- Define and ensure that the sales and service processes are implemented as per the SOP laid down by MENTIONED BRANDS or dealership group.
- Liaison with top management of MENTIONED BRANDSOEM for more market penetration and partnering models.
- Develop customer insights to design impactful customer offers and solutions for the market in alignment with MENTIONED BRANDSand dealership group.
- Regularly track the sales process implementation and customer satisfaction index.
- Analyze dealership performance, objectives, policies and procedures, make changes to these from time to time.
- Assess the market condition to maximize dealership position and investment.
- Forecast the sales requirement for the coming year and present it to the senior management.
- Liaison with the dealership management team to communicate expectations while monitoring performance.
- Lead and guide team of sales managers to achieve their targets.
- Engage and motivate team on a continuous basis.
- Foster and build the values
- Support inquality improvement and other organizational initiatives for the organization.
- Promote quality thinking and action among team members.
- Promote Valuebased leadership.
