We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our solar company as Franchise Business Partners for various locations within Maharashtra and Karnataka. As a Franchise Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to tap into the rapidly growing solar industry and establish your own successful business. **Responsibilities**:
Establish and manage your own solar business in your designated territory.

Promote and sell our high-quality solar products and services to residential and commercial customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Collaborate with the company's marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies related to solar energy.

**Requirements**:
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to succeed in a business ownership role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales or business development experience is preferred, especially in the renewable energy sector.

Basic understanding of solar energy and its benefits.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation**:
Compensation will be based on a commission structure, with an average earning potential of 5% of total sales revenue.

No investment required to be made by Franchise Partner.

All necessary tools and marketing support will be provided by the company.
