- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive long-term customer relationships.
- Interacts with the client and understands in regards to the service rendered by our representatives.
- Overseeing the relationship with clients handled by your team.
- Taking feedback from Doctors/OT/ to ensure they are satisfied with the services.
- Conducting surveys and questionnaires to Identify clients' demands and requirements.
- Takes customer complaints to upper management and Generates report
- Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company
