**Key Responsibilities**:
**For Assistant Professor**:

- Conduct lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Anaesthesia.
- Supervise and mentor residents and interns during clinical rotations and training programs.
- Participate in research projects, academic conferences, and scholarly activities within the department.
- Provide clinical care to patients undergoing anesthesia procedures in the operating room and other clinical settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management and safety.

**For Professor**:

- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Department of Anaesthesia, overseeing academic programs, research endeavors, and clinical services.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Mentor junior faculty members and residents in their professional and academic growth.
- Lead research initiatives, secure grants, and publish scholarly articles in reputable medical journals.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety in anesthesia practice, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- MD or equivalent qualification in Anaesthesia from a recognized institution.
- For Assistant Professor: Minimum of three years of teaching experience in a medical college or university setting.
- For Professor: Significant teaching experience with a distinguished academic record and leadership skills.
- Active involvement in research activities, including publications and presentations at national or international forums.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to academic excellence and patient care.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
