**Designation: IT Support Executive**

**Shift Time: AEST/AEDT Time zone, 9 hours/day including 1-hour break.**

**Working Days: 5 days per week (Alternate Saturday working)**

**International Voice and Chat Process (Logistics)**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Schedule**:Day/Night shift

**Experience**:Total work: 1 to 2years (preferred)

**Language**:English (preferred)

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Ø System Support: -**
- Responsible for Staff Onboarding/Offboarding
- Creation of User accounts on Microsoft 365
- Security access
- Tier 1 troubleshooting - Diagnose and troubleshoot Software/Hardware issues raised by staff
- Installation/Maintenance of Software/Hardware support and updates
- Responsible for CCTV management
- Responsible for resolving Internal IT Tickets and External Software Vendor Tickets
- Conduct regular maintenance of computer hardware, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Assess the organization's hardware needs and participate in the procurement process.
- Research and recommend hardware upgrades or new equipment to enhance efficiency.
- Install and configure computer hardware, ensuring compatibility with software and network systems.
- Set up and deploy new computers, printers, and other hardware components.
- Ensure proper network connectivity for all hardware devices.

**Ø Qualification and Skills: -**
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in IT support
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
- Excellent organization and time management
- An ability to take initiative
- A flexible and practical approach to work & commercial awareness
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Maintain a diplomatic approach towards issues
- Confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members
