Junior Estimator

VERVIEW:
The position will include estimating of all aspects of pre-construction through to post-construction of

our commercial and residential construction projects.

Responsibilities of Junior Estimator:
1. Analyze the blueprints using Bluebeam Revu software and perform On Screen quantity takeoff

for scope of work as per company standards (concrete, asphalt, earthwork, utilities, etc.)

2. Acquire all information needed for job costing.

3. Create accurate estimates and draft proposals using Company’s software, currently ProEst.

4. Prices for all the line items should match company standards or as advised by the Senior Estimator.

5. Submit timely and competitive bids.

6. Process change orders while coordinating with the Management department.

Moreover, you will be part of the management team that conducts delay analysis and risk analysis of

project operations. You will interact with business managers, superintendents, estimators, general staff,

assist in project planning, project budgeting activities, and operations. You will be required to provide

on-site reviews and reports of work in progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 per month
