**Job Summary**
- We are looking for male energetic graduates, fresher or experienced with a good personality for back office operations and customer care.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Processing online customer orders
- Attending customer phone calls
- Calling customers for consultation and feedback
- Updating daily sales sheet, preparing bi monthly reports etc.
- Document printouts, scanning forms and other similar tasks
- Reporting to manager
- Keyboarding is an asset as the assistant will need to type and fill out forms

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Good hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of fluent English and Hindi is mandatory
- Must have good customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a quick environment with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills and organisation skills
- Motivated and committed to succeed in tightly knit, nationally-distributed teams.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
