- Total Experience - 5 Years in Hospitality industry
- Minimum Experience - 2 to 3 Years as a Restaurant Captain / Sr. Steward

**Overview**:
As a Captain in the hotel industry, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house activities to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You are responsible for overseeing the dining area, coordinating with the kitchen, and leading the service team to maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers.
- Delegate tasks, assign sections, and ensure staff are adequately trained to provide exceptional service.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily objectives, menu specials, and service expectations.
- **Guest Service Excellence**:

- Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Provide menu recommendations, accommodate special requests, and address any concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Monitor the dining area ambiance, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and conducive to a pleasant dining atmosphere.
- **Operations Coordination**:

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation of food orders, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Oversee table reservations, manage seating arrangements, and optimize table turnover to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of dining supplies, such as utensils, linens, and condiments, and coordinate restocking as needed.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food presentation and service quality, addressing any deviations from standards and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Implement measures to enhance guest satisfaction, such as collecting feedback, addressing concerns, and implementing service improvements.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Maintain records of daily sales, reservations, and guest feedback, and generate reports for management review.
- Assist in scheduling front-of-house staff, taking into account business needs and staff availability.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, wine service, and service protocols.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
