**Job Summary**:
The Front Office Guest Service Agent (GSA) is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. The GSA handles check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and provides information to guests about the hotel’s services and local attractions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
