**Responsibilities**:

- Content Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy, grammar, and consistency of content posted on various social media platforms.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure that all social media content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging strategy.
- Monitoring Engagement: Track and analyze user engagement, comments, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and social media best practices to implement improvements.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide constructive feedback to content creators and Brand admins, along with detailed reports on quality metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, social media managers, and other teams to maintain a unified and high-quality social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management or sports content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills when finding errors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to ensure brand consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Up-to-date knowledge of sports content especially cricket and other sports.**

**Location: Bangalore**

**6 days a week(In-office)**

Schedule: Rotational shift
