As an HR and Accounting Executive, you will be responsible for managing both human resources and accounting functions within the organization. Your role will be critical in ensuring efficient and accurate HR operations and maintaining financial records to support the company's overall success. You will play a key role in supporting employees, handling financial transactions, and contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Financial Transactions: Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Invoicing and Payments: Issue invoices to clients and customers accurately and in a timely manner. Process payments received and handle accounts payable to vendors and suppliers.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets. Provide financial data and reports to management for decision-making purposes.

Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.

Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in HR and accounting roles or relevant internships.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and HR information systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
