**Job brief**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct preventative maintenance on various types of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions, defects, and machine errors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, parts used, and repairs made.
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to identify common equipment issues and develop solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry developments and advances in technology.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety regulations, equipment operation, and maintenance practices.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required; relevant trade certifications or technical training preferred
- Knowledge or experience in AC/ refrigerator maintenance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- In-depth understanding of mechanical systems and equipment, with the ability to read schematics and diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and their associated components
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues efficiently and effectively
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices, tools, and techniques to extend the life of equipment
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the maintenance team
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs outside of normal business hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
