Clinical Psychologist

Infiheal, a mental healthcare startup committed to providing accessible and high-quality mental health services, is currently seeking a Remote RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist (M.Phil) to join our team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own location while making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- M.Phil degree in Clinical Psychology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team remotely to ensure the chat bot provides the most suitable and effective care.
- Contribute actively to data-related tasks for training AI models.
- Offer both one-on-one and group counseling sessions through secure online platforms, establishing a collaborative working relationship with clients based on trust and respect.
- Administer psychometric testing and gather client information using online interviews, case histories, and other assessment methods.
- Assess and identify client problems, implementing individualized treatment programs.
- Design and deliver evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and other appropriate modalities, through virtual sessions.
- Create mental health content covering various topics and exercises, tailored for remote delivery.
- Develop suitable models and tests to evaluate the mental health of individuals remotely.
- Conduct research to enhance diagnostic and therapeutic counseling techniques in the remote context.
- Review the work of psychologist or psychology interns remotely, as applicable.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build a trusting relationship with clients during remote counseling sessions.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate clients and identify their issues through virtual communication.
- Exceptional written communication skills to keep detailed reports of client progress and contribute to research papers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and other healthcare professionals remotely.
- A non-judgmental approach to avoid passing judgment or advice onto a client's actions or feelings, even in a remote setting.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
