Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for creating and executing online marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness. You will be working closely with the marketing team and collaborating with other departments to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools and metrics.
- Develop and manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content for use in marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and partners to maximize exposure for the company.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and drive business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design software is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
