Security Guard/valet Parking

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Security Duties**:

- Monitor and safeguard the premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all visitors, employees, and assets.
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any suspicious activities or violations of security protocols.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Enforce access control measures, checking identification and maintaining a visitor log.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.

**2. Valet Parking Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe handling of each vehicle.
- Keep accurate records of keys and vehicle locations to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a neat and organized valet parking area, ensuring it is free of clutter and hazards.

**3. Safety Measures**:

- Comply with all safety standards and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Follow traffic rules and safe driving practices while operating customer vehicles.
- Report any vehicle damages or incidents promptly and handle them appropriately.

**4. Customer Assistance**:

- Assist customers with luggage, packages, or other belongings when required.
- Provide directions and information about the facility, nearby attractions, and services.

**5. Communication**:

- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, employees, and management.
- Report incidents, observations, and any security breaches to supervisors or appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively in written reports as necessary.

**6. Equipment Maintenance**:

- Regularly inspect and maintain security and parking equipment (e.g., surveillance cameras, parking meters, key cabinets) to ensure proper functionality.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in security or valet parking roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform driving duties for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours, as the role may involve shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
