Job Summary:
Qualification Required:

- B.Sc/M.Sc/Phd

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, laboratory sessions, and clinical instruction in optometry-related courses, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement, critical thinking, and professional development.
- Design and implement innovative teaching methods, including active learning strategies, technology-enhanced instruction, and simulation-based training, to enhance student learning experiences.
- Provide individualized academic advising, career guidance, and mentorship to students, supporting their academic progress, clinical skill development, and professional aspirations.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities, including curriculum development, assessment, accreditation processes, and committee assignments, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the optometry program.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across disciplines to promote interdisciplinary education, research collaborations.
- Serve as a representative of the institution and the optometry program in professional organizations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
