Draughtsman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Drawing Preparation**:

- Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
- Convert rough sketches and preliminary designs into accurate and detailed drawings.
- **Design Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop and finalize design concepts.
- Ensure that all drawings and plans are aligned with the design vision and project specifications.
- **Project Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the project’s current status.
- **Quality Control**:

- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the drawings.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss and resolve design and drafting issues.
- **Site Visits**:

- Conduct site visits as needed to gather information and verify dimensions and conditions.
- Update drawings based on site observations and feedback.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
