As a Dotnet Full Stack Trainer with Automation Testing & Content Development Experience, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on DOTNET Full Stack development while also contributing to the creation and enhancement of training materials. Your passion for technology, strong instructional skills, and content development expertise will be instrumental in helping our learners excel in the world of Full Stack development. we are looking for a SDET DOTNET full stack corporate Trainer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full Corporate training, QC, Client requirement life cycle. You should be comfortable around both Testing and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on DOTNET Full Stack development and Automation testing, catering to learners at various skill levels.
- **Content Development**: Create and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, code examples, assignments, and multimedia content.
- **Technical Expertise**: Demonstrate proficiency in DOTNET, front-end, and back-end technologies to provide hands-on guidance to trainees.
- **Problem-Solving**: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- **Curriculum Enhancement**: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of training activities, trainee progress, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement.
- **Technical Resource**: Serve as a valuable technical resource, addressing trainees' questions and providing guidance on complex development topics.
- Fundamentally strong
- Technicality goodTesting skills either manual or automaticShould have written and executed Test cases.
- Should have written extensive Test cases/Test plan and provide detailed report based on execution.
- Requirement to Test case/Test plan mapping
- Coverage of E2E and corner scenarios in the Test Plan**Testing**:

- Automation testing Primary, Manul testing secondary.
- Selenium
- Cucumber

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in DOTNET Full Stack development.
- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor, with a strong ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Content development experience, including creating training materials and multimedia content.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passion for staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹1,300,000.00 per year
