**Qualifications** Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related field. A professional certification (CPA, CA, CTA) in taxation is required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in tax management, with a proven track record in process optimization and project management within a global organization. Experience in finance operations in centralized locations environment is preferred.
- ** Tax Expertise**: Comprehensive knowledge of international tax regulations, income tax, and indirect tax processes, with the ability to strategize and implement effective tax solutions.
- ** Tax Technology**:Utilize knowledge and exposure to tax technology solutions (e.g., OneSource Tax Provision, OneSource Indirect Tax Determination, Vertex) and other automation tools (e.g., Alteryx,** **PowerBI)** **to enhance automation, accuracy, and efficiency within income tax and indirect tax processes.
- ** Strategic Thinking**: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the capability to lead complex projects and transition initiatives in a global setting.
- ** Leadership and Team Development**: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, driving operational excellence and process innovation.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization and with external partners.
- ** Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities**: Advanced analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying process inefficiencies and the creativity to solve complex problems effectively.
- ** Adaptability and Resilience**: Ability to adapt to changing tax laws and business requirements, and to manage challenges resiliently in a dynamic global business environment.
