we are hiring for enthusiast and dynamic people for the job role of counselor

1.Job description of counselor

Prospect and qualify new sales leads

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects

Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products

Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating information regularly

Communicate parents and prospect parent points to appropriate departments

Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

What are the qualifications for Sales Counselor jobs?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

1-4 years of sales experience

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills

Highly self-motivated

Strong verbal and written communication skills

2.Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:
Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers

Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software

Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,819.62 - ₹45,033.17 per month
