**Key Responsibilities**:

- Laboratory Support:Assist in the preparation and sterilization of lab equipment and materials.

Set up and maintain microbiological cultures, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Collaborate with senior microbiologists to perform various laboratory tests and experiments.
- Data Collection and Analysis:Collect, record, and analyze microbiological data, maintaining accurate and detailed records.

Use standard laboratory equipment for data collection and assist in interpreting results.
- Quality Control:Conduct routine quality control tests on products, samples, and processes.

Document and report any deviations or discrepancies, and work with the team to address them.
- Research Support:Assist in literature reviews and research activities related to microbiology.

Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in the field.
- Compliance and Safety:Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Adhere to all regulatory and quality assurance standards applicable to microbiological practices.
- Reporting:Prepare concise reports on experimental results, observations, and findings.

Communicate findings to senior microbiologists and the research team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in microbiology and a desire to build a career in this field.
- Basic knowledge of microbiological techniques, laboratory equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized and accurate records.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
