Should be able to lead the site team.

Should have exposure of Site safety requirements.

Multiple Industrial projects experience is mandatory.

Should be able to prepare vendor and client billing, material reconciliation.

Coordination with Site engineers, Contractors Consultants for smooth project working.

In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.

Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Superb mathematical, time-management, and organizational abilities.

Excellent communication, collaboration skills & team player.

Availability to perform construction site visits outside of business hours, when relevant.

Reporting to Office & maintaining the Quality Documentation

**Salary**: ₹10,450.59 - ₹46,030.89 per month
