Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and creative directors to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Create visually appealing vector graphics, illustrations, and animations that align with the clients' brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, to develop high-quality vector-based artwork.
- Take ownership of the entire design process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring all deliverables are produced in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, provide design recommendations, and contribute to the overall visual strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, incorporating innovative techniques into your work.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements into various digital platforms and mediums.
- Review and provide feedback on design materials produced by other team members, offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to company standards for asset management, ensuring all design files are properly documented and archived.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on vector art.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of vector-based designs, illustrations, and animations.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to conceptualize and transform ideas into visually stunning designs.
- Experience with sketching and animation software (e.g., Sketch, After Effects) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Continuous learning mindset, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest design trends and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred).
