**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Team Management**

Responsible enough to handle the center with talented in sales and customer relationship.

Responsible to ensure that the team members are properly following the guidelines set by the organization and the service quality provided is above benchmarks established by the organization.

Responsible to properly delegate tasks to the teams/team members such that the process flow is smooth and the team is able to effectively contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Responsible for maintaining a positive and happy culture by maintaining a healthy relationship with the team.

Responsible for handling & reporting the employee issues as well as disputes between team members/teams to the concerned person without fail.

Accountable for bringing clarity to all the processes to the team and ensuring that all their work related doubts are cleared at the earliest.

Responsible for ensuring proper inductions are done for all new joiners and as per the organization guidelines.

Responsible for maintaining a high branch audit rating by ensuring no deviations are taken from the defined process guidelines without proper approvals.

Accountable for closing all the audit queries with in the set time limit.

**Mentorship & Team Building**

Responsible to conduct a set number of training/mentorship sessions for the teams/team members per month to maximize their potential.

Responsible for empowering team/team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

**Admissions Process Management**

Responsible to act as “Center of Excellence” for any Admissions related queries by disseminating knowledge and share best practices across the organization.

**Branch Management**

Responsible for briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information & guide Marketing people to achieve the overall target of the branch people to achieve the overall target of the branch

Promote an environment of empowerment, respect, and trust while holding team members accountable for their actions.

Continuously look for new prospect, new opportunity to grow the business.

e.g. B2B channel Partners

Present to and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions.

**Performance Management**

Accountable for conducting daily team meeting to analyze the performance of the team on a regular basis.

Responsible for preparation and submission of all reports on a regular basis. Should also submit additional reports when needed.

Responsible to conduct proper performance evaluation periodically, to ensure the consistent performance of the team and to analyze the areas for improvement.

Responsible for providing regular on the job trainings to the team based on performance evaluation report to improve their work effectiveness.

Responsible for contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

**Business Targets**

Responsible for motivating and guiding the team members in order to achieve the team targets.

Responsible for achieving new customer targets to help the organization achieve its planned growth.

Responsible to ensure that the teams/team members strictly follow the timelines set by the organization in customer servicing as well as in achieving targets.

**Customer Satisfaction**

Responsible for ensuring high customer service standards are maintained across all the teams.

Responsible for verification of proper closure of all customer queries on time by coordinating with concerned person.

Responsible for reducing the documentation error rejection cases by maintain a high documentation standard.

**Reports & Review Meeting**

To participate in the review meetings as per the meeting formats.

Responsible to share the work status report to the reporting manager as per the reporting formats.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
