Delivery Executive

**About BizzTM**

BizzTM brings the variety and range of general household categories to the aspirational population in Tier 2 + cities, which is underserved by e-commerce. BizzTM has a unique model of community group-buying app involving a local network of community leaders who bring a wide assortment of crated household products through a cost-effective aggregated delivery model

**About the role**:
We are looking for a responsible delivery executive who can easily handle the cash collection during delivery.

**What you will do**:

- 1 - 4 years of experience in procurement with Ecommerce
- Delivers high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.
- Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
- Ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery details.
- Determines placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conducts safety reviews.
- Maintains delivery logs and records.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with local streets, neighbourhoods
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Minimum 10th/ Maximum Graduation

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
