Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret architectural sketches, plans, and specifications to create detailed construction drawings.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues and ensure technical feasibility.
- Incorporate building code requirements and regulations into design documentation.
- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods for projects.
- Prepare schedules, estimates, and material lists for construction projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate their input into design documentation.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with company standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in architectural drafting software and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience working as an architectural drafter or detailer preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
- Certification from a relevant professional organization (e.g., AIA, NCARB) is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
