Academic Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized academic counselling to students, helping them explore and choose the most suitable courses and educational pathways.
- Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to understand students' academic needs, goals, and strengths, and offer tailored recommendations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their families to foster trust and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve educational targets and provide the best possible support to students throughout their academic journey.

**Qualifications**:

- A **graduate or post-graduate** in any Science stream.
- Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** in academic counselling or a related field (freshers with a keen interest in education are also encouraged to apply).

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Excellent communication skills** (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive experience for students.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
- A strong passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed in their academic pursuits.
