Job Role:
This is the first leadership role, responsible for day-to-day operational requirements for process excellence support in order to meet production goals (process adherence, quantity and quality)

Essential Duties:

- Develops, guides and actively promotes the Process Analytics Associates, Facilitators and production supervisors towards the process excellence methodology
- Significantly contributes for development of Associates and Facilitators towards problem solving capabilities and leading the processes efficiently
- Delegates appropriate work to Associates and Facilitators in process analytics team and reviews progress on periodic basis
- Contributes towards developing new trainings for prompting and sharing knowledge of process excellence
- Plays pivotal role towards developing and updating the process excellence methodology
- Develops, measures and communicates benefits derived from process excellence initiatives
- Coordinates with all stake holders where required to eliminate any impediments to implementation of changes and improvement projects
- Reviews progress of ongoing Change Management, Risk Register and Non Conformities for timely closure and updates
- Travels domestically and/or globally to support business needs
- As required, may support other facilities in process excellence initiatives -Setting goals and monitoring for team members
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
- Implementing all policies and procedures established under the Laboratory’s Management System (LMS) that are relevant to Process Analytics Department and in alignment with requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard

Qualification:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Employee assuming this position must endeavor to continually improve and develop skills required to successfully perform the entrusted duties

Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and staff development by providing constructive feedback
Decision quality/problem solving skills: Sound ability to identify the root causes of the specific problems that occurred during the production process and use data for further analyzing and quantifying the issues in order to making appropriate, timely decisions and sound resolutions or propose solutions to the management if needed Communication
Skills: Develop and deliver multi-mode communication that conveys a clear understanding of the specific needs of team members or other audiences; clear and concise verbal and written communication delivered with confidence and with the style of the receiver in mind
