**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating captivating motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, video content, and advertising campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative and engaging motion graphics and animations that effectively communicate the desired message and captivate the target audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, conceptualize visuals, and execute projects from concept to completion.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.
- Utilize industry‐standard software (e.g., Adobe after Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D) to create high‐quality motion graphics and animations.
- Ensure all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up‐to‐date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation to continually improve skills and processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Required min experience of 3‐5 yrs.
- Experience with 3D animation software and techniques.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and web animation libraries.
- Experience with social media platforms and their specific animation requirements.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Design: 3 years (preferred)
