**Responsibilities-**
- Maintain GST registers.
- GST challans and its tracking.
- GST ITC documents verification.
- GST Notices / Cases compliances
- Co-ordinate to PPC (for customer) PO, customer creation.
- As per PO,OA preparation.
- Preparation of GST Invoices (Verify loading slip & making Outward invoices), EWB, in case of KSL, Invoices send to them and follow up for their invoices.
- As per PO making outward Job Work Challans & returnable challans.
- Close the Inward job work challans in time and send to concern vendors.
- Issued debit / credit note to customers for shortage, rate diff. etc.
- Co-ordinate & documents producing for internal / statutory auditors.
- Ready information for GST returns.
- Filling in-time GST returns (GSTR1, GSTR3B & ITC-04)
- Information for GST Annual return
- Tracked GST challans & succeed to close well in GST time limit.
- GST ITC credit reconciliation.
- Customer ageing, Customer Reconciliation
- Attend GST office & submitting their requirements.
- Vendor bill booking
- Material, Service etc.
- Employee expense booking
- Travel, Local Purchase etc.
- Any Other activities from day-to-day accounts work.
