- Scheduling appointments: The receptionist cum administrator is responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members and ensuring that conference rooms and other facilities are properly prepared.
- Providing administrative support: The receptionist cum administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support to staff members, such as making photocopies, filing documents, and ordering office supplies.
