MIDDLE LEVEL ARCHITECT

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and senior architects to understand project requirements and goals.
- Create architectural designs and blueprints for civil engineering projects and architectural designs of steel building.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Oversee construction progress and make on-site visits as necessary.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior architects.

**Qualifications**:

- B. Arch & M. Arch.
- Professional licensure as an architect or civil engineer.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software and civil engineering principles.
- Knowledge in architectural designs of steel building.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project management abilities.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Experience in civil engineering and construction projects and architectural designs of steel building.
- Previous work on medium to large-scale projects is a plus.

**Requirement**
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software.
- Knowledge in Architectural design of steel building.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and lead when necessary.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
