**Job Purpose**

Responsible for proper and compliant Documentation, archieval, retrieval and reporting. Role is required to comply regulatory guidelines of customer documentation and monthly audits.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

1. Timely access and retrieval of documents for requirements from multiple Law enforcing agencies.

2. Data base reporting with accuracy as per DoT guidelines

3. Monthly/ Quarterly sample submission

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensure documents compliance
- Ensure TAT as per guidelines
- Zero penalty on account of documents submission
- NCRP/ Sanchar Saathi/ ASTR/ TAFCOP guidelines compliance
- POS onboarding compliance
- Ensure Quality & Compliance targets are achieved by the partners through audits and governance.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Knowledge on documentation guidelines is mandatory.

Experience of document and warehousing roles

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA with a min 6+ years of experience in various customer service roles.
- WH and TERM mngt experience preferred
- Project Management skills
