Our Corporate Centers are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm's operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.

The Operations Finance Associate will be involved in the monthly, quarterly, mid-year and annual budget / forecast process, coordinating activities and reporting with P&A teams within Operations, Operations partners, month end close process and monthly reporting cycle. The Associate will also assist with a range of strategic analysis and projects in support of the Corporate Center.

Job Responsibility:
The Associate will work closely with seasoned business leaders, Finance and Business managers and capacity planning partners to create budgets and forecasts for direct expenses in the assigned organizations, as well as identifying risks and opportunities. They will be the Finance lead in charge of developing financial models based on business analysis outcomes, management reports on regular basis, and monitoring actual expense vs budget to provide meaning variance explanations and financial advice to key stakeholders.

Core activities associated with the position include the following:

- Review, analyze and present monthly financial results
- Develop annual budget and monthly forecasts for assigned organizations and products
- Partner with matrixed stakeholders in multiple functions (Business, Finance, Planning, Technology, etc.) to analyze business drivers and understand performance and build financial models and key success metrics (OKRs)
- Prepare benefit and expense tracking for key strategic initiatives
- Support (design/modify/review) Executive Management Reporting, Performance dashboards, expenses and headcount as per business requirements
- Support ad hoc requests from the Business, Senior Management and Finance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting, meet all the reporting deadlines
- Eye for detail and ability to deep dive into data and extract a crisp message from the analysis
- Contribute to initiatives driven within the CCB Finance team in US and India and on Global level

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of work experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics or other related majors. Professional qualification would be preferred.
- Relevant financial and/or analytical experience
- Strong quantitative, critical thinking and analytical skills
- C onfidence with finance and accounting concepts and presenting to senior audience
- Excellent knowledge on Planning, forecasting & budgeting ideally gained through work experience in large organization
- Exposure to d ata analytics and modelling, automation (Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau) tools will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and perform well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively in a matrix environment.
- Strong judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact-based
- Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Hyperion Essbase. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
