**Day to Day Operations**:

- Interact with insurance carriers on a regular basis to ensure accurate and complete documentation to support the offices in North America.
- Communicate with the Client Servicing team in North America to better understand the request and comply with the requirements.
- Support requests from North America offices by following the standard Operating Procedures when requesting Loss run reports from the insurance carriers, as well as preparing the pre-placement documents of Client Proposal Workbook, Exposure workbook & Loss run Summary.
- To maintain expected level of quality.
- To pay attention to detail when preparing the documentation.
- Ensure adherence to compliance procedures.
- Effective Business communication skills to interact with Insurance Carriers/ North America office counterparts.
- Manage work volumes and deliver expectations as per business requirement

- Insurance experience preferred
