- Conduct site visits and property inspections to evaluate physical condition, suitability for redevelopment, and investment risks.
- Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents, analysts, and legal counsel, to evaluate property viability and negotiate deals.
- Prepare detailed property reports, including financial projections, risk assessments, and investment recommendations, for review by senior management.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging market trends, and regulatory changes that may impact property values and investment decisions.
