**Job title: Sales Coordinator - Domestic n Exports**

Reports to: Directors In Coordination With Dispatch,Business Development, Design Team Job

**Summary**: To coordinate with Internal Department & play a role of SPC (Single point of contact) with Customer and fulfil the Information Requirements, which will help to improve the customer satisfaction Sr.

**Particular**

1 To mail the quotation and Performa Invoice to the clients as per instructions and communicate the same as per mail and whatsapp.

2 Regularly follow up with the clients for orders and payments on call

3 To coordinate with the customers, about daily queries, tentative dispatch dates, Quotations, Performa Invoices etc,

4 To mail the customers as and when required, like Festival Wishes, Independence Day wishes etc,

5 To be an inter link between the internal part of organization and the customers and to provide all relevant information to the customer as and when required or necessary to provide to the client
