**Key Responsibilities**:
The Senior UI Designer will be instrumental in shaping the user experience strategy for our diverse range of projects.

Your role involves:

- Develop, maintain, and extend design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
- Advocate for design system best practices, documentation, and stakeholder.
- Lead UI design phase of projects.
- Coach and mentor other UI designers in the team.
- Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, motion, iconography, and image treatments based on advanced skills in interface design.
- Understand constraints and work with project managers to plan concepts and production phase of projects.
- Take ownership and be responsible for deliverables.
- Present to clients and stakeholders with clarity, persuasion, and enthusiasm.
- Display design inspiration and vision with compelling mood boards.
- Solve complex challenges with clever design solutions.
- Collaborate with the team and effectively ideate and improve upon interaction design with sound design direction.
- Conduct expert reviews and competitive benchmarking.

**What we are looking for in you**:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a UI design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes with proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
- Estimate work effort for projects based on briefs.
- Work with project managers to run smoothly, identify, and resolve roadblocks.
- Run peer reviews with the team.
- Participate in the learning culture.
- Prepare and run client presentations and co-creation workshops.
- Convert brand identity into interface design language.
- Create consistent UI design using a solid knowledge of typography, color, grid systems, layout, interactivity, imagery, and iconography.
- Create detailed high-fidelity design prototypes.
- Demonstrate ideas using UI animations.
- Annotate design files to enable a smooth build phase for developers, ensuring they have clear directions for implementation.
- Create detailed interactive prototypes.
- Create and deliver consistent UI patterns across digital touchpoints such as web, mobile, wearables.
