As a babysitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of the children under your care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and responsible care for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere through play, educational activities, and age-appropriate games.
- Follow the parents' instructions and routines to maintain consistency and familiarity for the children.
- Ensure children's safety at all times, including when playing, eating, and during any outings or excursions.
- Assist with basic tasks such as feeding, bathing, and dressing.
- Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with the children, promoting their emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on the children's activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play areas and children's belongings.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children, such as babysitting, childcare, or related roles.
- Genuine love for and interest in caring for children.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both children and parents effectively.
- Responsible and dependable, with the ability to prioritize children's safety and well-being.
- Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
