**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the economics curriculum objectives and standards for senior secondary education, covering topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, economic theory, and applied economics.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, including written exams, projects, presentations, and data analysis tasks, and provide constructive feedback to support students' academic progress and conceptual mastery.
- **Research Skills**: Cultivate students' research skills by guiding them in conducting independent research projects, collecting and analyzing economic data, interpreting research findings, and communicating research outcomes effectively through written reports and presentations.
- **Global Perspective**: Explore global economic issues and perspectives to broaden students' understanding of the interconnectedness of economies, trade, development, and globalization, and encourage them to appreciate diverse economic systems and viewpoints.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively, promoting respectful dialogue and collaboration, and fostering a culture of academic excellence and intellectual curiosity.
- **Differentiation**: Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, including advanced learners, English language learners (ELLs), and students with special educational needs, providing tailored instruction, support, and enrichment opportunities as necessary.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness, stay informed about current trends and developments in economics education, participate in workshops, conferences, and professional networks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practice and curriculum design.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or higher in Economics or related field; additional teaching qualifications preferred.
- Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) certification or equivalent qualification.
- Previous teaching experience in economics at the senior secondary level preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance instruction and facilitate student learning.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment that promotes academic achievement, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
