A Body Shop Advisor is a key professional in automotive repair workshops, specializing in customer service and coordination of repair tasks.
- Providing customer service and guidance on repair processes.
- Coordinating with technicians and customers to facilitate vehicle repairs.
- Managing scheduling, quotes, and billing for body shop services.
- Communicating effectively with customers about repair needs and status updates.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for body work and repairs.
- Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up after completion of services.
- Keeping records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting.
- Knowledge of body shop operations and vehicle repair processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling and billing.

**B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other branch can apply. Must have knowledge of the working of various systems of a car.**

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
