- To maintain and meet the per shift output by reducing machine change-over time and effective execution of production plan.
- Zero human errors in the process by proper implementations of the systems, CAPAs and SOPs in department.
- Online documentation, shop floor compliance and reduction in shop floor observations by QA.
- Zero Critical Observations leading to deviations.
- Ensure zero line clearance failure.
