Companies include Boudh Distillery Private Limited (ENA, CO2, DDGS), Baldeo Sahu Infra Private Limited (Fly Ash Bricks) Kwality Bottlers Private Limited (IMFL Bottling) and Kishore Prasad Bijay Prasad Beverages Private Limited (Sales & Marketing of IMFL brands).

This role demands a creative and analytical mindset and will look into:
**Responsible to generate MIS Reports for the Sales Division by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and Presenting data to help drive volumes resulting in augmented business as well as to stay ahead in the industry**
- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Creation of Dashboards & MIS Reporting.
- Category / Sub Category / Brand / MIS Operations - Field Force Management.
- Preparing MIS-Reports, Daily Sales Reports (DSR) & Employee Incentive Reports.
- Target v/s Achievement report - Generation of MIS Reports.
- Preparing Variance Business Reports for Business trend analysis - YTD, MTD, Growth%, etc.
- Generating Repots Daily, weekly & monthly sales MIS for the management.
- Responsible to check Retailers Claim sheet and submit to Finance Team.
- Responsible to deposit / pay the Retailer Claim amount to respective area Executives/ASMs.
- Responsible to liaise with the Sales Team and issue Production Plan and Dispatch Plan to the Production Team under the guidance of the Sales Head.
- Responsible to collect the DSR and TA/DA Bills for the Sales Team & submit to Finance Team.
- Responsible to deposit/Payment the TA/DA amounts to respective person.
- Responsible to gather and update **Competitor activities** and Market information regularly to the Management/Sales Head.
- Responsibility to collect & check CSD Commission & submit to Finance Team.
- Responsible to Pay the CSD Claim amount.
- Responsible to Purchase items / products as directed by Sales Head for Sales Promotional activities
- Responsible to dispatch POS Material to sales team & maintain the Stock.
- Responsible to drive Innovation and Continuous improvements.
- Responsible to identify improvement area in relation to cost saving initiatives/techniques
- Provide reports when required by the Sales Team / Leadership Team.
- Responsible to liaise with Sales Head / ASM / RSM to set up & furnish the New Office Depot across Odhisa.
- Ensure that the sales team is using the ‘Field Assist” App and inform sales head of noncompliance, if any
- Responsible to visit market regularly to survey the market, meet retailers/Depots, design survey and colelct responses to make analysis on the basis of information sought to help track efficiencies or deficiencies, if any
- Perform any duties / ad-hoc jobs as indicated by the Sales Head / Leadership Team.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
