**Job Title**: Online Quality Control (QC) Inspector

**Reports to**: Quality Control Manager

**Job Summary**: The Online Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. This role involves reviewing products, services, or processes online, identifying any defects or deviations from standards, and implementing corrective actions to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection and Testing**:

- Conduct online inspections and tests on products, services, or processes to ensure they meet the quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize various testing tools and software to perform quality checks and evaluations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.
- Prepare comprehensive reports documenting findings, including non-conformities and defects.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure continuous compliance with quality standards.
- Implement quality assurance practices and provide feedback to improve processes and product quality.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with production teams, suppliers, and management to address quality issues and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are understood and maintained.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and recommend quality improvement initiatives and strategies.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training to employees on quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
