Guest Relations Executive (GRE) & Sales Associate

Location: Parakkat Jewels Kiosk, Parakkat Nature Hotels & Resorts, Munnar

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Relations:

- Greet visitors and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Provide information about the Parakkat Nature Hotels & Resorts, Munnar, and its amenities.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general support.
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

2. Sales and Product Education:

- Proactively approach and engage visitors, encouraging them to visit the Parakkat Jewels Kiosk.
- Educate guests about the range of jewellery products available at the kiosk.
- Showcase jewellery items, highlighting their unique features and qualities.
- Provide detailed information about the craftsmanship, materials, and design of the jewellery.
- Assist guests in making informed purchase decisions based on their preferences.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products to maximize sales opportunities.

3. Multilingual Communication:

- Communicate fluently in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English.
- Utilize additional languages, if known, to cater to a diverse guest demographic.

4. Customer Engagement:

- Build rapport with guests through friendly interactions and a welcoming demeanour.
- Create a positive and memorable experience for visitors.

5. Inventory Management:

- Assist in maintaining inventory records and stock levels.
- Report stock shortages or inventory discrepancies to the appropriate authorities.

6. Sales Reporting:

- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the relevant department.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Higher education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
- Multilingual proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English is required.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extroverted and welcoming personality.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Knowledge or interest in jewellery products is beneficial.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
