**Role Summary**
- Metallurgist \ Specialist and above
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and maintain quality system as per ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Thorough knowledge in documentation of ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
- Documentation of test report and material inspection report.
- Maintenance of calibration schedule and review the calibration details.
- Preparation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure
- Failure analysis of the components.
- Interpretation of microstructure and correlation of structure-property relationship.
- Well known about CQI9 Audit.
**Skills / Competencies**
- Need Experience in Metallurgical, surface hardness, case depth measurement, microstructures coating tests.
- Expertise in Vickers hardness testing machine, Salt spray.
- Technical understanding of ASTM/ IS/ISO/DIN Standards.
- Strong understanding on process knowledge provided by customer and good interaction with them are my key skills
- Positive material identification
- Liquid Penetrant Testing
- Magnetic Particle Testing
- PWHT and Replica ( Insitu Metallography)
**Key Qualifications/Requirements**
- Strong educational background in material science.
- Knowledge in documentation of ISO/IEC 17025:2005
**Education Qualification**
- Required B.E(Metrallugy)
**Work Experience**
- Minimum Experience of 3 to 5 years

**Additional information**
- Any other activities as may be assigned by the departmental in-charge
