MECHANICAL DESIGNER NEEDED

QUALIFICATION: The job involves proficiency in modelling of equipment, structure and piping in

3D environment (CADWorx / Cadworx Plant) and preparation of fabrication
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 5-7

: drawings in 2D environment (AutoCAD). Preparing and reviewing Equipment years experience as Mechanical Designer in layout, General arrangement drawing, detail fabrication drawings, piping

TECHNICAL COMPETENCE: materials, Piping specifications, welding symbols, etc.
- Strong knowledge in Plant 3D software.

(CADWORX or equiv) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Good at usage of MS office
- 3D modelling of equipment, piping using CADWorx / CADWorx Plant 3D.
- Familiarity in SAP (preferred)
- Good oral and written communication skills Preparation of General Arrangement drawings for Package & Equipment.

JOB LOCATION Preparation of Tank Fabrication drawings.
- Preparation of Structural GA & Fabrication drawings including connection details, etc.

Chennai, India.
- Preparation of Lifting arrangement drawings.

Work Timings: Monday - Friday ( 10:00
- Preparation of Foundation load drawings.

AM to 7:00 PM )
- Isometric Drawing extraction using CADWorx / Cadworx plant 3D.

JOB TYPE
- Preparation of Layout drawings.

Full Time
- Permanent Preparation of Cutting Layout drawings.
- Preparation of BOM’s / MTO’s for Piping, Equipment, Structure, Valves etc.

PAY RANGE
- Familiarity with Preparation of GA and Detail drawings for Well head control panels, Modular packages, etc. will be an advantage.

INR 35,000 ( CTC) Negotiable
- As built Mark-ups and updating CAD drawings for final issue.
- Attending shop floor issues during fabrication.
- Preparation of Piping GAs, Isometrics, MTO, etc.
- Experience in vendor drawing review/commenting will be preferred.
- Experience in engineering drawings checking/commenting will be an advantage.
