We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop skills in both sales and marketing. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will get hands-on experience to understand the factors that drive sales and how marketing works for any new product in the market. By the end of this Intern, you will become an experienced individual to understand the market and sell any new product to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying potential sales leads and prospects through market research and targeted outreach.
- Support the sales team in conducting product demonstrations or presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, or product launches.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new sales opportunities.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, report generation, and meeting coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute new ideas.
- Prior experience or coursework in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.

Duration: 3 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
