**About the team**

This role is a part of our RISC.

**What you will be doing**
- Management of OS related Security and Vulnerability management
- OS hardening and monitoring.
- Managing the OS Patching of Windows systems to provide elevated level of security to the clients
- Following FIS standards and projects polices
- Ensuring the delivery in time.

**What you bring**
- Good experience in IT operations, Windows Administration, Windows Server Patching, Vulnerability Remediation.
- Experienced in Fixlet & Task Creating & Modification in BigFix.
- Experienced in Windows Server Vulnerability Remediation & Patch Management.
- Knowledge in PowerShell Scripting.
- Experienced in Pulling Vulnerability Reports using Qualys Guard/Tenable IO.
- Knowledge in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
- Experience in Windows OS installation and configuration, Monitoring.
- Experience in Software Installation and configuration.
- Experience in IT Support Operations.
- Experience in Creating Patching change request (CAB) & AD-hoc change raise. (ServiceNow)

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services.
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
